Our employment procedure is simple, and is enumerated below. Please note that the company may include new items as part of employment procedure as our transmission system and scope of actual operations expand and evolve.
The employment process includes the following:
- Prospective employees express interest online by applying for advertised positions, attaching all specified documents
- The submissions are screened and the ones that do not meet specified criteria are eliminated
- Submissions that pass the screening tests are collated and the individuals notified
- Oral and written interviews are organized for the candidates
- Individuals with the highest scores are given employment letters (depending on available vacancy profile)
- The new employees report at their new offices for induction programme
