We encourage educational and skills enhancement, which can be acquired in any government approved learning institutions such as the National Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN), all government certified universities within the country as well as internationally recognised institutions.
We also organise in-house skills development courses as well as send our employees for courses within and outside the country to ensure that they are optimally productive and have access to the best technologies and best business practices.

Due to the widespread nature of our transmission network, we operate from 8 regional offices and a national control centre to promote efficiency in the system. The Regions are: Kano, Kaduna, Bauchi, Benin, Enugu, Port-Harcourt, Osogbo, Lagos and the National Control Centre, Osogbo. Our in-house training programme can be organised in any of the stations.
